      • 3D Games Animator create and manipulate images and models using 2D and 3D computer graphics software. They work closely with animators and concept/layout artists to design characters, vehicles, buildings and other objects present in the gaming environment.
      • Animator create drawings and design films, television and multimedia. They work on paper, celluloid, and two (2D) and three dimensional (3D) models.
      • Games Tester monitor and test technical standards in gameplay, graphics, sound, and functionality during a games development. They also assist programmers and work on performance related issues.
      • Instructional Designer develop instructional material for training courses, utilising multimedia technology and authoring tools.
      • Interactive Digital Media Developer create special effects, animation, or other visual images using film, video, computers, or other electronic tools and media for use in products or creations, such as computer games, movies, music videos, and commercials.
      • Multimedia Designers generate and manipulate graphics, images, animations, sound, text, and video to create integrated multimedia programs. They arrange and present multimedia content creatively, and may also pitch their design ideas to clients.
      • Multimedia Developers develop graphics or multimedia content for websites and other digital media. They determine client needs, devise and pitch ideas, liaise with specialists, and oversee the whole process of developing multimedia products which achieve their client’s objectives.
      • Software Engineers are involved with the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the software and systems that make computers or anything containing software work.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification, a preferred pathway for candidates considering this qualification include achievement of a Certificate IV level qualification in IT or other relevant qualification or demonstrated skills.
